Administrative and Marketing Assistant
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrative and Marketing Assistant to join the dynamic team at EAST WEST INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL SPECIALISTS, INC.'. This full-time role is based in Metro Manila and will play a crucial part in supporting the company's marketing and administrative functions.
What you'll be doing- Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Assisting with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support the development of marketing strategies
- Maintaining and updating the company's website and social media channels
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Performing general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably within the education or professional services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and various marketing software tools
- A keen interest in marketing and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
