Engineering Supervisor

Job Summary

Oversees the designing of engines, tools, and other mechanical equipment and industrial processes. Also responsible for supervising the production, operation, repair and maintenance of equipment.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in any field.
• At least 3 -5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): detail-oriented, good in people handling
• Preferably Supervisor/3-5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
• Responsible for overseeing various engineering projects, processes, budgets, and timelines and making any necessary adjustments in order to ensure successful completion.
• Check and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by engineering staff.
• Spearhead various research and development initiatives to identify opportunities for new projects and improved processes
• Prepare and deliver various engineering-related presentations, both internally and externally.
• Conduct various tests and quality assurance checks to verify the quality of completed projects.
• Monitor and determine various staffing and training needs.
• Expertise in refrigeration system proficient in troubleshooting and repairing refrigeration and HVAC system excellent organizational and time manage with Special License in skills
