IT Administration Supervisor - Project Based

Our IT Admin Supervisor manages and provides administrative functions to the IT Director and shall also assist on other financial and administrative work to IT Division. Provides guidance and support to other teams to ensure that they perform their duties effectively.

This role focuses on:

• Provides administrative functions as the Secretary of IT Director such as schedules and other official business functions and management of documents, files, meeting room, travel and reports
• Provides administrative functions as the Team Support to IT Division such as on-boarding checklist, Division monthly/ yearly activities support, organizational chart updating etc.
• Accurate and Timely Response to Inquiries regarding administration of the IT Division
• Assist team members on other financial functions if needed such as reports preparation, CAPEX and OPEX request and tracking and inquiries on budget spending and status
• Ensure Audit Compliance to Watsons’ Non-Trade Procurement Policy

Success will depend on:

• Ability to coordinate with internal and external partners and customers
• Ability to train/ coach on IT Admin Management
• Ability to accurately respond to inquiries regarding administration of the IT Division
• Ability to report all validated IT CAPEX and OPEX budget to Finance Dept and do reconciliation, accruals and proper charging of IT-related expenses
• Ability to identify potential risks through impact analysis, implement measures, and escalate to the proper authority
