The Client
An importer and distributor of a diverse range of electrical and mechanical engineering products, and a manufacturer of wide-area warning systems. We specialize in providing solutions for industrial automation, energy metering, signaling systems, motor control, and a variety of related components for various industries.
The Role
We are seeking a capable and proactive IT Administrator to manage and support our internal infrastructure, user systems, and business applications. This hybrid role covers general IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, and NetSuite system support.You’ll work across infrastructure, user onboarding/offboarding, and play a hands-on role in maintaining and improving our NetSuite reporting and dashboards.
Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Support:
- Maintain and support network infrastructure (WiFi, PCs, printers, phones).
- Ensure backups and antivirus systems are in place and working reliably.
- Manage MDM (mobile device management) and ensure IDS integration.
Microsoft 365 Administration:
- Manage Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, licenses, user access).
- Handle onboarding/offboarding: user setup, access permissions, security policies.
- Maintain Microsoft security and compliance settings.
NetSuite Support & Administration:
- Provide user support for NetSuite: troubleshooting, field corrections, access control.
- Monitor and manage NetSuite dashboards; follow up with departments on flagged issues.
- Create and maintain NetSuite dashboards for sales, operations, and procurement.
- Build and manage saved searches and custom reports in NetSuite.
- Collaborate with departments to automate reporting and improve system usability.
Help Desk & General IT:
- Respond to unassigned IT support tickets in a timely manner.
- Keep documentation of IT infrastructure, systems, and user access current.
- Deliver basic training and guidance to staff on systems and tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar roles.
- 1-2 years hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite).
- Solid experience with Microsoft 365 admin (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, licensing).
- NetSuite user and admin-level knowledge, including dashboard and report building.
- Familiarity with network devices, antivirus tools, and backup systems.
- Experience with MDM platforms and integration with IDS.
- Clear communicator with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Monday-Friday 6:30AM TO 3:30PM Manila Time
- Homebased; must have strong internet at home; Equipment is provided.
