SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation and Strategy:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business goals. Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to specific platforms and audiences.
Platform Management:
Manage and optimize social media profiles and pages on various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok).
Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions, fostering community engagement.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze social media performance metrics, using data to inform future strategies and improve outcomes.
Trend Awareness:
Stay informed about current social media trends, best practices, and new platform features.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with KOLs (influencers) to promote the products online.Prepare a PR kits (sample products) for KOLs (influencers).
Work with other departments to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and business goals.
Crisis Management:
Assist with addressing negative reviews or issues that may arise on social media.
User-Generated Content:
Moderate and utilize user-generated content to enhance brand engagement and reach.
Other roles:
Hair Asia
Involves in event planning and coordination for Hair Asia event (2x a year)Coordinate with hairstylist/s and models.
Help in creating promotions, discounts and bundles.
Real-time social media update during the event.
Outdoor and Indoor Advertisements
Make sure that all the outdoor and indoor advertisements are renewed annually.Coordinate with printing suppliers for installation or dismantling services.
Coordinate with the property owner or mall administrators for permits and billings.
Promo Collaterals – Printed Advertisements
Coordinate with printing suppliers in case the company is in need of flyers, banners, tarpaulins etc.
