Job Description
As a Social Media Specialist, you will develop and execute high-performing social media strategies, manage campaign budgets, and optimize performance across digital platforms. You'll be responsible for reporting insights, identifying opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction while driving measurable business growth through strategic social media initiatives.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing.
- Proven experience working with Australian agencies.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is required.
- Deep understanding of Meta and various social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Comfortable with client-facing interactions and reporting.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is desirable.
- Develop and implement effective, measurable social media strategies for clients.
- Oversee paid social media team projects and ensure timely execution.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets and performance across digital platforms, particularly Meta.
- Create and present monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Provide stakeholders with strategic insights and updates on campaign pacing and budget utilization.
- Identify and communicate key value propositions for targeted initiatives.
- Set and track detailed campaign KPIs for each client.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and other departments to align strategies.
- Proactively identify and pitch new paid and organic campaign opportunities to clients.
