Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and personable Customer Success to conduct video consultations with business owners and guide them through AI-powered marketing solutions. This role blends client consultation, relationship management, and strategic implementation support.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and skilled at making complex technology feel accessible and relevant to non-technical decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct professional video consultations with business owners to assess their online presence and identify their marketing needs
  • Present analysis, recommendations, and implementation strategies in clear and business-friendly language
  • Guide clients through decision-making processes and outline concrete next steps for adopting AI-driven marketing solutions
  • Follow up with leads to schedule appointments and advance them through the sales pipeline
  • Build and refine systems and processes to improve conversion rates and overall client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with leadership to continuously enhance service delivery and the overall customer experience
  • Gather and relay insights from client interactions to inform product and service development
  • Maintain consistently high professional communication standards across every client touchpoint

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills — native or near-native level — MUST
  • Availability to work during U.S. Eastern hours, 9 AM to 6 PM ET
  • Professional video setup including a quality camera, microphone, reliable internet connection, and a clean and appropriate background
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain, business-friendly terms
  • Self-starter mentality with a proven ability to identify problems and resolve them independently
  • Minimum one year of experience in business development, sales, customer success, or a startup or small business environment
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn and adopt new tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in digital marketing, SEO, or technology-related industries
  • Experience in B2B sales or business consulting
  • Proven track record of closing deals or managing long-term client relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking capabilities
  • Genuine curiosity about business operations and a natural inclination toward problem-solving
