Job Summary
The Barista Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily café operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining product quality, and supervising barista staff. This role supports the Store Manager in driving sales, managing team performance, and ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a barista, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations
- Experience in handling POS systems and cash management
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
