An Officer-in-Charge (OIC) is responsible for temporarily overseeing branch or operational activities in the absence of the Branch Manager or Supervisor. The OIC ensures that daily logistics operations continue smoothly and that team performance, service quality, and compliance standards are maintained.

Qualifications/Requirements

Must be a Bikolano
At least two years working managerial or supervisory experience
Willing to be assigned in other areas/ branches of the company
Must be client/customer service oriented

With good written and communication skills

Remarks

Supervise daily logistics activities (delivery, dispatch, warehousing)
Ensure shipments are processed, dispatched, and delivered on time
Monitor workflow and resolve operational issues promptly
Lead and manage staff during assigned shift or temporary assignment
Assign tasks and monitor employee performance
Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily operational reports (deliveries, delays, incidents)
Maintain accurate records of shipments and transactions
Endorse updates and issues to management
