• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
• Lead a team of operations specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and workflows to support business goals and growth.
• Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure operational policies and procedures (SOPs) are documented, updated, and consistently followed.
• Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement efforts across business functions.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to align operational plans with strategic priorities.
• Support the execution of special projects and company-wide initiatives as assigned.

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business tools and systems (e.g., Excel, ERP, project management software).
• Experience in optimizing workflows and implementing process improvements.
• Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
