The Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) is a key leader within the Division of Nursing and Patient Care Services, responsible for ensuring the attainment of operational standards across designated units and departments. The AOM implements and extends best practices in unit/department projects, overseeing day-to-day activities to align with institutional goals.
The AOM supports and assists the Operations & Innovation - Operations Manager, in managing specific client projects and initiatives, delivering innovative, strategic solutions that meet or exceed expectations for patients, clinical teams, and the organization.This role encompasses developing business strategies, improving service processes, creating and revising policies, and managing resources—including supplies, facilities, and financial assets—to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of patient services in assigned sections.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least two (2) years of experience in operations management or healthcare operations, inclusive of one (1) year of managerial experience.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and able to address challenges and improve processes.
