About the role
KAYA Korean Restaurant is seeking a talented and customer-focused Service Crew to join our team in Mandaue City, Cebu. As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our valued customers. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in the success of our bustling restaurant.
What you'll be doing- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking and processing customer orders accurately
- Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Assisting with general restaurant duties as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or similar environment
- Minimum of 1+ years of customer service or hospitality experience is required
- Restaurant or food service experience is specifically required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
- A team player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
