Job Description:
A Barista/Service Crew/Cashier is an all-around frontline role in cafes and quick-service restaurants. Responsibilities include preparing beverages, managing transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Requirements and Skills:
- Work experience as a Cashier/Barista/Service Crew or in a similar role in sales is advantage.
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, like POS.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Basic Coffee knowledge such as how to prepare common coffee beverages or experience as barista is an advantage but not required
