Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in marketing or related roles is an advantage but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns to promote hotel services, events, and promotions
- Create and curate content for digital and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Monitor and engage with online communities and social media followers to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, including press conferences, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
- Maintain marketing databases, including customer contacts and mailing lists
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports
