Marketing Assistant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in marketing or related roles is an advantage but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns to promote hotel services, events, and promotions
• Create and curate content for digital and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
• Monitor and engage with online communities and social media followers to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements
• Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, including press conferences, trade shows, and promotional activities
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
• Maintain marketing databases, including customer contacts and mailing lists
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports
