Part-Time Digital Marketing Assistant

Schedule: Monday to Friday, part-time (flexible schedule)

• Manage and update social media accounts such as TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms
• Create content calendars, captions, basic graphics, short videos, and promotional content
• Ensure content is optimized for search visibility, engagement, and performance (SEO)
• Monitor analytics, track performance metrics, and prepare basic social media reports
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve reach, engagement, inquiries, and conversions
• Use AI tools when needed to help generate content ideas, captions, marketing copy, and basic research
• Monitor messages, comments, and inquiries, and respond professionally
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media content and marketing materials
• Take content of products for social media, listings, and promotions
• Assist with administrative tasks, coordination, product creation, product updates, and marketing materials

• Skilled in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, and PowerPoint presentations
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and basic digital marketing tools
• Knowledgeable in CapCut or similar video editing tools
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar platforms is a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms for content ideas, captions, research, and productivity
• Strong coordination, communication, and organization skills
• Creative, positive, and willing to learn
• Studying or a graduate of Marketing, Communication, Business, Education, or any related course
• Working students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Must be willing to work on-site in Brgy. Villamonte, Bacolod City
