Role Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to deliver professional, timely, and high-quality assistance to customers across voice, email, and chat channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve common issues, escalate complex cases when necessary, and help ensure that every customer interaction reflects the company's service standards.
