We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Records Retrieval Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced BPO environment. As a Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-tier service in alignment with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound or outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Address customer inquiries and concerns efficiently while ensuring satisfaction.
Provided information about products/services, troubleshooting steps, and solutions to customer issues.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Resolve customer concerns, ensuring the best possible outcome for both the customer and the company.
Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and policies.
Ensured compliance with company procedures and standards for customer interactions

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

Senior High school graduate
With 6 months experience in the BPO industry (preferably in a voice account)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Typing proficiency (35 WPM).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
