Distribution Specialist - Dumaguete
About the role
As a Distribution Specialist - Dumaguete, you will play a key role in the operations of Multi-M Food Corp.', a leading consumer products company. In this full-time position based in Dumaguete, you will be responsible for managing the efficient distribution of our products to retailers across the region.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing distribution strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to our retail partners
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with production and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers to understand their needs and deliver excellent customer service
- Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Supervising a team of distribution assistants and ensuring they provide efficient and reliable service
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any distribution-related issues
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a distribution or logistics role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise distribution processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with retail partners
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software to track and report on distribution performance
- A customer-centric mindset and the ability to deliver high-quality service
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing the distribution of consumer products
