About the Role

We are hiring a senior commercial leader to oversee national consumer sales operations for a leading organization under a confidential mandate. This role is responsible for driving customer growth, managing large-scale sales channels, and ensuring strong market penetration across regions.

The position is equivalent to leading the entire consumer sales function, with full accountability for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and sales execution nationwide.

• Lead national consumer sales strategy and execution
• Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion
• Manage multi-channel sales operations (retail, agents, partners, and direct sales)
• Implement performance frameworks to ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently achieved
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns, offerings, and customer engagement initiatives
• Analyze sales performance data and market insights to optimize conversion and growth
• Strengthen regional sales structures and field execution
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing national sales organization

• At least 10 years of experience in consumer sales, commercial, or distribution leadership roles
• Strong leadership experience managing national or regional sales teams
• Proven success in driving growth in high-volume, consumer-focused businesses
• Experience handling multi-channel distribution and large-scale sales operations
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus
