Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business across architecture, design, and construction markets.
This is a consultative sales role, focused on solving client capacity and delivery challenges—not traditional staffing sales.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of AEC clients
- Conduct discovery calls and identify delivery pain points
- Sell intelligent resourcing and POD-based solutions
- Manage CRM, forecasting, and deal progression
- Build long-term client relationships across global markets
- 7+ years B2B sales experience (AEC, outsourcing, staffing, SaaS preferred)
- Understanding of architecture, construction, or BIM workflows (preferred)
- Strong consultative and relationship-based selling skills
- Proven track record of closing service-based deals
- Confident engaging senior decision-makers
