Responsibilities
Client Interaction and Issue Resolution:
- Collaborate with Executives, Operations, and Supervisors to ensure smooth business operations and exceptional client service.
- Manage client quotations and billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly, providing effective solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Handle and resolve incoming client inquiries through phone calls, emails, and messages with critical thinking and negotiation skills.
Operations Support:
- Work closely with the Operations Team to manage worker scheduling, ensuring efficient deployment to client sites.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives, optimizing schedules, and increasing overall task efficiency to support business growth and profitability.
- Create necessary documentation, such as permits to work, prior to job commencement for existing clients.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to other departments as needed.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Remote role.
- Candidates must possess at least a Degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of working experience in Sales/Customer Service/Operations is preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Speak and write proficiently in English.
- Full-Time position. The ability to start immediately is preferred.
- Working Hour(s): 6 days a week with one off day
- Shift: 6am to 3pm, 9am to 6pm, 1pm to 10pm
- 50 Mbps network of internet access is required.
