Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy.
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges as required.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and update customer accounts in the database.
Qualifications:
  • Completed 2 years in College.
  • Must have 1 year Credit & Collections Account BPO Experience
  • Willing to work onsite
