Work Set-up: Work from Home

Schedule: 4:00 PM – 01:00 AM

Salary: Php 35,000 – Php 45,000

We are looking for a dedicated CRM Administrator & Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in supporting both sales and customer service operations through expert CRM management and exceptional internal coordination.

You will be the primary user and administrator of our CRM platform, Zoho CRM, and will work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless operations and accurate data flow.

Responsibilities as an CRM Administrator & Customer Service:

As a CRM Administrator & Customer Service:

  • You will have 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles supporting both sales and customer service functions.
  • You are experienced in managing CRM systems, with a strong emphasis on Zoho CRM.
  • You demonstrate a sharp eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • You are quick to learn, adaptable, and comfortable handling unfamiliar tasks with minimal supervision.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable handling written customer interactions.
  • You are highly organised and capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks.
  • You have experience with digital tools such as DocuSign and social media integration.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus, offering valuable context to the work we do.

Your Responsibilities as a CRM Administrator & Customer Service would be:

  • Zoho CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer data, manage the sales pipeline, input new enquiries, track progress, and generate timely reports using Zoho CRM to support the management team.
  • Lead & Pipeline Oversight: Ensure all leads are logged and assigned within Zoho CRM, sales stages are updated, and customer journey data is meticulously maintained.
  • Customer Support Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team to ensure smooth handling of customer issues, data consistency, and effective communication.
  • Sales Support: Coordinate project stages from enquiry to post-completion file closure, supporting contract preparation via DocuSign and tracking all interactions in Zoho CRM.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly scorecard summaries and performance reports categorised by service (e.g., Scanning, Test Concrete, Repairs).
  • Documentation: Keep digital records of all sales and service activities, ensuring compliance with organisational standards.
  • Administrative Support: Assist Directors and Senior Management with sales and service admin duties as required.
