Data Analyst - Labor, Rent & Utilities
Wildflour Bakery + Cafe Inc Makati Full-time
Responsible for analyzing Wildflour’s three controllable cost buckets — labor, rent, and utilities — including the retrieval and booking of accruals and cross-bucket breakeven analysis. This role transforms labor scheduling, headcount, and fixed-cost data into insights on cost coverage, breakeven thresholds, and burden ratios across branches.
The Data Analyst owns accrual retrieval as a recurring monthly close task and presents findings to Corporate and ExeCom to support strategic decisions. Familiarity with AI tools, Power BI, and MySQL is a plus.
This is an onsite role; fresh graduates are welcome.
