Data Analyst (Projects & Process Analytics)

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Data Analyst who goes beyond reporting—someone who can translate data into operational insight, drive cross-functional projects, and build dashboards that influence day-to-day decisions. This role sits at the intersection of analytics and execution, supporting departmental processes through data visibility, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business and operational decisions
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders Dashboard Development & Reporting
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards for departmental KPIs and performance tracking
• Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting tools

• Support and lead cross-functional projects related to process improvement, reporting

• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables; track progress and manage risks
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery

• Map and analyze current workflows to identify gaps and inefficiencies
• Recommend and implement data-driven improvements to departmental processes
• Monitor post-implementation performance and iterate as needed

• Partner with department leads to understand reporting needs and operational challenges
• Act as a bridge between technical data and business users
• Provide training or guidance on dashboard usage and data interpretation

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Information Systems, or a

• 2–5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics
• Experience in dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is highly preferred
• Experience handling projects or process improvement initiatives is a strong advantage
