What will you do as a Data Analyst?

Reporting to the Head of Operations Resilience & Services Strategy, your accountabilities will include:

• Acquire, manage and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency and usability
• Build, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
• Strengthen data governance by maintaining data definitions, documentation, quality checks and access controls
• Develop automation solutions using Power Automate to streamline reporting processes and data workflows
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective reporting solutions and improve self-service data access

Qualifications/Requirements

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

Essential:

• Demonstrates strong proficiency in SQL-based systems and databases, ETL frameworks and processes, and Power BI
• Exhibits solid understanding of data structures, reporting concepts and best practices for insight delivery
• Applies data governance principles, ensuring data quality, accuracy and compliance
• Communicates complex data clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Shows strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset when handling data challenges

Desirable:

• Shows ability to use Power Automate to streamline workflows and reporting processes
• Displays initiative in leveraging AI tools such as Copilot Studio or similar technologies
• Demonstrates experience using Python or other tools for data analysis or automation
