About the role
Join our dynamic call centre team at TTEC Cebu 2' as a CSR / Call Centre Agent. In this full-time role, you'll be the friendly voice that connects our customers with the support and solutions they need. With our central Cebu location, you'll have the flexibility to work on-site and be part of an energetic office environment.
What you'll be doing- Professionally handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
- Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure prompt and effective customer service
- Contribute to a positive, customer-focused work culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a range of customer inquiries
- Prior call centre or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
