About the Role:
We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Vice President of Human Resources for a well established company with main offices in Cebu and Makati to lead and manage all aspects of our human capital strategy. This critical role will partner with executive leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the organization's overall business objectives.The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record of success in leading and transforming HR functions within a complex organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's business goals and objectives.
- Oversee all HR functions, including organizational development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, training and development.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of HR professionals.
- Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic HR advice and counsel.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage the HR budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Develop and implement programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.
- Stay abreast of current HR trends and best practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage employee relations issues and ensure fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
- Oversee the implementation of HR technology and systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in leading and transforming HR functions within a complex organization.
- Strong knowledge in Organizational Development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
