We are seeking an experienced HR and Admin Generalist to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and administrative functions, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Office Administration
Manage office supply procurement and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee the proper use and maintenance of office assets.
Compliance and Documentation
Assist in the preparation, renewal, and monitoring of government and business compliance documents (e.g., permits, licenses, certifications).
Organize and maintain updated employee records and administrative documentation according to company and regulatory requirements.
Recruitment Support
Assist in publishing job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules, and communicating with candidates.
Support the onboarding process by helping with documentation, background checks, and orientation logistics.
Driver Management and Dispatch
Oversee daily schedules of company drivers to ensure timely and efficient support for business operations.
Employee Inquiry Coordination
Collect and organize employee questions, concerns, and feedback.
Coordinate and communicate with the Head Office HR Department for resolution and follow-up actions.
Assist in disseminating HR policies and communications from Head Office to local employees.
Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in HR and administration roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with employee engagement initiatives and organizational development.
