Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Serbisyo Beterinaryo Animal Hospital. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for pet owners and their animals.

• Greet clients and their pets with a welcoming and friendly demeanor
• Schedule appointments and manage the hospital's calendar
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Assist with billing, payments, and other administrative tasks
• Provide information about hospital services, policies, and procedures
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and inviting
• Assist in managing the flow of patients and clients within the hospital

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; BS graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and scheduling software
• A passion for animals and a compassionate attitude towards clients and their pets
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment
