Are you an organized, compassionate, and tech-savvy Senior High School graduate looking for a rewarding part-time role? We are seeking two (2) Part-Time Clinic Receptionist to join our team and help us provide excellent service to our clients and clinicians.

The Schedule & Setup
  • Work Days: 3 days a week per person, on an alternating schedule (Monday to Saturday).
  • Teamwork: You will work as a pair. Both candidates must be willing and ready to back each other up and cover shifts in case of sick leaves or vacation leaves (VLs).
Key Responsibilities
  • Client & Parent Relations: Act as the first point of contact, providing warm and compassionate in-person coordination with parents.
  • Inquiry Management: Promptly and professionally field inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Scheduling: Manage and organize the daily and weekly schedules of our clinicians to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

What We Are Looking For
  • Education: Senior High School Graduate.
  • Tech Skills: Computer literate with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
  • Mindset: Genuinely compassionate, highly organized, and eager to learn (teachable).
  • Reliability: A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to covering your partner's shift when needed.
