Job Responsibilities:

• Liaising with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinating the work of various project team members, including subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitoring project progress and identifying and resolving any issues or risks
• Preparing and presenting project status reports
• Ensuring projects adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and safety standards

Job Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in a project coordination or project support role, ideally within the construction industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically to identify and address issues
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work well as part of a team
