PROJECT COORDINATOR
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support project execution and ensure smooth collaboration across teams. The role involves coordinating resources, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and assisting the Project Manager in day-to-day activities.If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to successful project delivery, we’d love to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITES- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth execution of projects.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Prepare regular reports for management on project status, risks, and issues.
- Manage communication between departments to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools like Trello, Asana, or MS Project is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule
