WE’RE HIRING: ADMIN / ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR ?
Daily Lounge Salon is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin / Accounting Supervisor to join our growing team.
This is NOT an entry-level admin position.We need someone who can handle operations with accountability, urgency, and accuracy.
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor daily sales & branch reports
- Handle payables, expenses, and inventory monitoring
- Coordinate supplier payments and billing
- Ensure permits and administrative documents are organized
- Monitor branch compliance and operational concerns
- Prepare reports directly for management
- Coordinate with bookkeeper/accountant for financial records
- Help improve systems and backend operations
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in admin, accounting, finance, or operations supervision
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented and good with deadlines
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Can work under pressure and manage multiple branches/tasks
- Trustworthy, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Preferably near QC
