Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and lead the accounting team. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with accounting standards, supporting financial planning, and ensuring efficient financial processes.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Monitor billings, collections, payroll, and online banking transactions.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
- Maintain project and HOA accounting records.
- Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Head.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- At least 3 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, and AP/AR.
- Experience in the real estate or leasing industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting systems.
- Knowledge of Philippine taxation and accounting standards.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
