Responsibilities:
- Prefilling of physicians order
- OASIS Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Recertification and Discharge based on clinicians assessment
- Creating authorization for clinicians
- Ensuring clinician’s patient charts follow established policies and procedure guidelines
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
- Must be a Registered Physical Therapist with a valid PRC license
- Clear speaking voice
- BPO experience not required
- Good English communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent clinical judgment
- Ability to work with individuals, to enlist the cooperation of many people to perform/achieve a common goal
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong computer skills - accurate typing & spelling is essential to this role.
