We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to support healthcare operations for our US-based clients. This role is ideal for graduates of healthcare-related courses who are looking to build a career in the healthcare support industry.
Qualifications- Graduate of any Allied Medical Course, including:
- Nursing (BSN/RN)
- Medical Technology
- Pharmacy
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Radiologic Technology
- Respiratory Therapy
- Midwifery
- Nutrition and Dietetics
- Biology
- Psychology
- Healthcare Administration
- Other healthcare-related courses
- At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare support, medical administration, insurance verification, prior authorization, medical billing, medical scribing, patient coordination, or related roles
- Willing to work night shifts
- Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Cebu City
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable handling calls and coordinating with patients
- Provider credentialing and re-credentialing
- Maintenance of licenses and compliance documents
- Coordination with insurance companies
- Tracking of provider expirations and requirements
- Patient encounter documentation
- EMR/charting support for physicians
- Medical scribing and clinical note-taking
- Appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Insurance verification via phone and online portals
- Prior authorization processing
- E-fax and referral management
- Patient intake
- Billing support
- Payments and collections
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
