Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead field personnel to ensure efficient daily operations.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and performance evaluationsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Coordinate with clients and internal departments to address operational concerns
Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.
Handle manpower scheduling, attendance monitoring, and deployment of field personnel
Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
Minimum of 2–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.Proven experience in handling and supervising field personnel is highly preferred.
