What is your mission?

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative to generate qualified leads, drive outbound prospecting initiatives, and schedule discovery meetings with potential clients. This role focuses on lead generation, appointment setting, CRM management, LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, pipeline development, and sales qualification.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying high-value opportunities, improving outreach performance, and supporting overall business growth through strategic outbound sales activities.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate qualified leads and book discovery meetings.
  • Build, research, and maintain targeted lead lists using Customer Relationship Management systems, sales databases, and prospecting tools.
  • Manage prospect and pipeline information through HubSpot or similar Customer Relationship Management platforms, ensuring accurate activity tracking and reporting.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other outbound communication channels.
  • Qualify prospects by identifying business needs, decision-makers, and potential opportunities.
  • Handle objections professionally and secure meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Develop and optimize outbound prospecting strategies, messaging, and engagement approaches to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze outreach results and apply feedback to improve lead generation effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to support sales pipeline growth.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance prospecting processes, outreach campaigns, and lead qualification methods.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or a similar outbound sales role.
  • Experience in Business-to-Business Software as a Service sales environments.
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar Customer Relationship Management platforms.
  • Experience with lead list building, outbound prospecting strategies, and sales pipeline development.
  • Experience conducting LinkedIn prospecting, cold outreach, and multi-channel engagement campaigns.
  • Familiarity with sales outreach tools, automation platforms, and prospecting processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professional audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively after onboarding and training.
  • Highly proactive, adaptable, resourceful, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
