Business Development Manager (B2B Sales)

Cartrack, is a global leader in fleet management and telematics solutions, it is expanding its sales presence in Philippines. We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Managers; B2B Sales Representative (Hunter) to focus on new business acquisition across corporate and SME clients.

This is a target-driven, outbound sales role suited for individuals who excel in prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline focused on new business development.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Understand customer operational needs and propose tailored fleet management and telematics solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a hunter or new business role.
  • Strong experience in cold calling, prospecting, and face-to-face client engagement.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a field-based sales role.
  • Experience in fleet management, telematics, SaaS, IT solutions, logistics, automotive, or insurance is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
