Position Title:

Country Manager—Sales & Marketing (Micro Division), Pharma Division

Job Description:

• Overseeing and facilitating the registration and re-registration of pharmaceutical products with relevant authorities, in coordination with Regulatory Affairs
• Driving market intelligence and portfolio strategy, including identification of new molecules, off-patent opportunities, and market-entry planning
• Providing strategic leadership for National Capital Region sales of GBU products under the Micro Division and nationwide marketing of Micro Division products
• Ensuring achievement of approved annual sales and collection targets
• Overseeing inventory planning and stock management for the division in coordination with the Purchase and Supply Chain teams
• Managing key institutional relationships and providing executive-level engagement oversight for major doctors and accounts
• Leading and developing field teams to ensure high productivity and performance standards
• Driving capability building and professional development of medical representatives

• Master of Business Administration graduate or other relevant post-graduate qualification
• Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, with at least five (5)-year experience in a senior leadership role handling national sales and marketing operations
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, including regulatory environment distribution channels and institutional sales
• Demonstrated ability to lead, scale, and manage nationwide sales teams
• Ability to align sales and marketing strategies and overall business objectives
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel nationwide, as required
• High level of integrity, accountability, and decision-making capability
