RESPONSIBILITIES

-Manage end-to-end recruitment activities: posting job ads, attending career fairs, screening resumes, administering tests, and conducting interviews with HR Business Partners.
  • Coordinate hiring processes: endorsement of applicants, salary proof coordination with Compensation Team, background checks, and issuance of company IDs/ ATMs.
  • Maintain applicant and employee records, monitor personnel request, and prepare reports on headcount, attrition, retention, sourcing, and hiring.

-Perform additional HR-related tasks, support company objectives, and take corrective action on nonconformities.

Qualifications/Requirements

EDUCATIONAL: -Must be a graduate of Psychology or any Human Resource or Business-related field

WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • With at least two (2) years of experence in a related HR recruitment role.
