JOB SUMMARY:The HR Specialist will support all human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple HR tasks and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Process payroll documentation and employee transactions
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRDM, Business, or related field
- Exposure to all facets of HR is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent deadlines
- Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
- Available to work Mondays to Saturdays
