Technical Support Representative, To Start ASAP!

Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries and technical support requests via phone, email, or online chat channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues experienced by customers
- Provide step-by-step guidance and instructions to help customers understand and use our products and services effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
- Continuously expand your product knowledge and technical expertise to better assist customers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Support in BPO in ISP and Telco Account
- Can start ASAP
- Has ISP background/experience
- Knowledgeable with modem
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
- Demonstrated ability to provide clear and concise explanations of technical concepts to non-technical users
- Solid understanding of customer service best practices and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
