Technical Support Representative, To Start ASAP!

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries and technical support requests via phone, email, or online chat channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues experienced by customers
  • Provide step-by-step guidance and instructions to help customers understand and use our products and services effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
  • Continuously expand your product knowledge and technical expertise to better assist customers
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Support in BPO in ISP and Telco Account
  • Can start ASAP
  • Has ISP background/experience
  • Knowledgeable with modem
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Demonstrated ability to provide clear and concise explanations of technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Solid understanding of customer service best practices and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
