We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our team in SEA. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Document customer interactions and solutions in the support ticketing system.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.
• Educate customers on product features and best practices.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
• Participate in training sessions to improve technical knowledge and customer service skills.

• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software, including operating systems and applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with customer support ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing excellent service.
