Posted on 24 June 2026Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Prepare reports, presentations, memoranda, meeting minutes, and other business documents.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and documentation.
Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and company documents.
Monitor deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion of executive directives.
Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Assist in project coordination and monitor progress of assigned initiatives.
Prepare expense reports, reimbursement requests, and other administrative documentation.
Conduct research, gather data, and prepare summaries to support management decision-making.
Coordinate company events, business meetings, and special projects as assigned.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support executive operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
