Executive Assistant

Job Description
  • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, appointments, and schedules.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Screen and manage emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on assigned tasks and projects.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to executives.
  • Handle office documentation and filing systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or any related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in an office-based setting.
