Sales engineer

Job Description

• Responsible for the coordination of end-user and other clients.
• Responsible for sourcing out clients/customers.
• Responsible for preparing cost estimate in accordance with bid specifications.
• Conduct product presentation, attend survey, jobsite meeting, submit proposals, letters, billings, coordination with customers and factories.
• Monitors, records, and reports collection payments and outstanding accounts of handled customers, end users, and other clients.
• Collection of payments & outstanding accounts of handled customers.
• Preparation of reports and other matters related to assigned tasks.
• Generating sales, preparing contract documents, and ensuring acceptance of the client and coordinating with other trade contractors
• Adheres to IEE quality policy and quality objectives of AC/R Sales Department
• Performs other related quality assurance and technical tasks as may be assigned by the superior from time to time

• Graduate of BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the sales field is an advantage but not required
• Must be able to discuss intelligently all matters about the sales of product line
• Must have excellent communication skills and can converse fluently in both English and Filipino languages
• Must be able to discuss intelligently all matters pertaining to the product line
• Must be computer literate
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
