About the role
As a Technical Sales Engineer at MVA Power Systems Development Corp., you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success by providing expert technical guidance and support to our valued clients. Based in Quezon City Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you leveraging your exceptional product knowledge and sales expertise to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' unique needs.
What you'll be doing- Collaborating with clients to understand their technical requirements and pain points
- Recommending and demonstrating the most appropriate products and services to address their challenges
- Preparing detailed technical proposals and presentations to secure new business
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for growth
- Staying abreast of industry trends, product developments and competitor activity
- Providing post-sales technical support and liaising with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery
- Contributing to the development of marketing materials and sales strategies
- Proven experience as a technical sales engineer or similar role in the Generator Set and power systems industry
- Minimum of 1-2 years of technical sales experience in power systems is required
- Excellent understanding of power generation, transmission and distribution technologies
- Specific experience with generators and power generation equipment is required
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand solutions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Mechanical engineering degrees are acceptable in addition to electrical engineering qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- A results-driven mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
