Building Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train the maintenance team.
• Manage and oversee all building maintenance and repair works, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, ACUs, and carpentry.
• Coordinate with contractors and respond to facility emergencies such as power outages, leaks, or equipment failures.
• Implement, review, and update preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
• Prepare material estimates, manage supply requisitions, and track project and maintenance records.
• Submit maintenance reports and perform other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Having a PRC license and relevant technical skills certifications is an advantage.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance, including supervisory responsibilities and hands-on knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and related systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Safety Officer certification is a plus.
